In the event that the User needs to exchange the goods purchased, he/she must:
1) check in advance that the Products are intact, not worn or used, in the same conditions in which they were received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging;
2) in the event of positive verification of what is stated in the previous point, you may request the exchange or return of the amount paid or, at the User's choice, a discount voucher that can be spent on other purchases on the Site.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send SABOT SRL a communication to this effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address info@sabot.tv
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must resend the products to SABOT SRL at his own expense - choosing his own trusted courier - within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without are signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
1) the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, complements, etc...);
2) for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc...);
3) shipping costs (and any customs costs, if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer;
4) the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by SABOT SRL, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
5) in the event of damage to the goods during transport, SABOT SRL will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relevant refund;
6) SABOT SRL will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment.
SABOT SRL will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree. 21/14) within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, through a cancellation procedure of the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said reimbursement.
SABOT SRL may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he has correctly sent the product back, whichever is earlier.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where SABOT SRL ascertains that:
1) the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
2) the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
3) the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SABOT SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
