Where can I find size advice?

You can use the Size Guide, which allows you to check the correct numbers for the main countries and brands that follow more specific numbers. Click on Useful Info, then on Size Guide, from the main menu.

Can I reserve an item to purchase in the future?

Unfortunately not. To encourage everyone to purchase, it is not possible to reserve an item in advance. This means that if you save a product in your cart or wishlist, it is not reserved.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping information will appear at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders above a certain threshold. Find out more about shipping costs.

What to do in case of return?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you want to check the status of your shipment?

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive the Shipping Confirmation email in which you will find the tracking link for your purchase which can be used to check the status of your order online.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping usually takes a maximum of 2-5 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer depending on the final place of delivery. Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Do you make multiple shipments?

To speed up deliveries in Italy, for orders consisting of two or more items, multiple shipments may be expected.
