Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

In the event that the User intends to make use of this right, they must:

1. Check in advance that the Products are intact, not worn or used, in the same conditions in which they were received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. Upon positive verification of the above conditions, the User may request a refund of the amount paid or, at their choice, a discount voucher that can be used for other purchases on the Site.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to this effect to the company SABOT SRL within the terms indicated, to the following email address: info@sabot.tv. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must resend the products to SABOT SRL at their own expense, choosing their own trusted courier, within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, to the following address: SABOT SRL, Corso Italia 110/112, 52100 Arezzo (AR) – ITALY.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, according to normal diligence, without signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

1. The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, complements, etc.).
2. For withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
3. Shipping costs (and any customs costs, if applicable) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
4. The shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by SABOT SRL, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
5. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, SABOT SRL will notify the Customer to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier they have chosen and obtain the relevant refund.
6. SABOT SRL will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in connection with the return shipment.

SABOT SRL will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to Art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, through a cancellation procedure of the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said reimbursement.

SABOT SRL may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that they have correctly sent the product back, whichever is earlier. In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal if SABOT SRL ascertains that:

1. The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact.
2. The product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging.
3. The product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g., closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SABOT SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
